- Intangible Tax on mortgage: $0.20 per $100.00
- Alta Endorsements: 8.1, 6.0, 4.0 etc. $25.00 for residential
- Florida Form 9 and navigational servitude: 10% of owners and lenders title policy
- Please provide prior policy to qualify for re-issue credit
